Spanish Translation For Icy Phoenix 1.2.28.48 RC1

Hello guys.

After a long work.
Here we present the translation for the RC1 of Icy Phoenix.

Thanks to Kuka for help in this new revision of the language since the last.

Hey I found a Bug, and also how to correct it.

Beside the topics ther's always the 'Rating' of each one, so in spanish it should be 'Valoración', but look at the image beneath, it says 'Valorar' wich is the verb 'Rate' so it is wrong:

How to correct it:
OPEN [b]/lang_spanish/lang_blocks.php[/b]

FIND 
[codeblock]'Rating' => 'Valorar',[/codeblock]
REPLACE WITH
[codeblock]'Rating' => 'Valoración',[/codeblock]

Save file and close ;)
