FAP SUPPORT - Fatal Error Upgrading To Ip_101111_rc

Hallo,
I usually not say help me, but I have upgrade my site from phpbb 2.0.21 and FAP 1.4.1 to ip_101111_rc, now.
About the forum all work, except for attached images : I don't know where I have insert the files: in phpbb 2.0.21 I had attach_mod and all files were in "files" folder: have I transfer all files in another folder?
The most important problem is about FAP: I cannot see most images in album index:

and when I click on the link of images I have this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class bbcode in /web/htdocs/www.oltrelafoto.com/home/forum/includes/bbcode.php on line 114
 :(  

Is there a way or have I return to old configuration?
