Error Executing Update_to_ip.php

I am trying to update phpBB2 to Icy Phoenix 1.10.15 , and when I run the update_to_ip.php file this error appears:

       [b][color=red]"Only admins may run this script!!!"[/color][/b]

But I am the administrator of the forum  :|  ...

I have a copy of the database and the original forum in my PC, with WMServer Tools 3.0 for Windows XP.
