Strange that it doesn't happen with admin too.

Try replacing these 2 files with the original unedited files.

[b]includes/usercp_viewprofile.php
templates/subSilver/profile_view_body.tpl[/b]


If that stops the error, carefully apply the edits per FAP install text.
