FAP SUPPORT - [Solved] Change Order Of Category

hello 

I am very happy of my forum and FAP , i would like to win time , and when i create a new category i would like it to be in first to invoid to make " up " "up " "up" , i thought i need to change  "ASC " by " DESC" in album. php but i don't know where.

i hope everybody understand what i mean .
