[b]Modification description[/b]: Mod adds the ability to let your users add an UserBar to their profile and/or signature.
They can link-off the userbar or Upload it. 
Admin can set a gallery of Userbars and allow users use them.
That userbar will be shown below signature on viewtopic if the user wants.
