FAP CUSTOMIZATION - Request Access To Private Folder

Is there any way to create a button to request access to someones private folder. Ive got some pictures up that I only want certain people to see but instead of posting for people to ask to see them Id rather have a spot for them to request to see them. I know its feasable by just adding them myself but for regular members they cant create a usergroup and do this themselves.
