Give this a try.

[color=#ff0000]Be sure to make a backup of your current .HTACCESS first!  This file is for IP 1.2.0.27c![/color]  

Download this .HTACCESS file and upload it to your site root, overwriting your old .HTACCESS.  Clear all cache and let us know if it worked.
