Oh sorry, I thought you was talking about quotation marks.

You can use [highlight]"[/highlight] or [highlight]`[/highlight] or [highlight]´[/highlight] -> but [highlight]not '[/highlight]

So this should be
1. /* right */
2. $lang['who_is'] = 'Who[highlight]`[/highlight]s there?';

Or $lang['who_is'] = 'Who[highlight=#FFFFAA]´[/highlight]s there?';

Someone correct me, if I am wrong.
