How To Edit The Hight Of The Head From The Icy Default Theme?

Using [size=18][b]Icy Phoenix [color=red]1.2.0.27[/color][/b][/size]



In the image you will see wich are my two problems, 

I what to edit the hight of the head from 150 to 103 px

The second thing i want to do is to delite the 10 px of marque that the logo haves two the top. 


Wich files php or css do i have to edit?
