He s trying to please everybody and like i said ..working his butt off with only the help of a few others 

You should put him on your payroll if you wanna claim his time in my opinion, but hey then you would have to give private info to paypal? i hope you catch my drift ;-)
try being gratefull for once for all the free time that is invested in BOTH projects
