FAP SUPPORT - Disabling Personal Gallery Comments To Certain Usergroups

I wish to have the personal gallery comment access disabled for 1 usergroup. But even when I uncheck the comment feature in Personal Gallery Permissions, they still have the ability to comment. 

Here's how I have the settings: 
Who can view personal galleries by default: ALL (because I wish for the galleries to be viewable but not commentable to everyone.. this works)
Personal Gallery Usergroup Permissions: 
usergroup: [b]Guests[/b] View: [i]checked[/i]  Comment: [i]unchecked[/i]
