Firefox has teamed with another company and they offer a VPN for less that .00 a month.
I've got my name down to join in when they start in Australia. But was wodering (Not knowing anything about VPN's) -
Does one get an IP address as in 254.678.03.2 etc?
And they're already up and running in 6 other different countries so hopefully it wont be too long before they open up here in Aus.

Hey Mort,
The VPN is useful if you want to access services from outside your country, but it's not a server you can host things on. (that'd be a VPS, not a VPN -- yes, the names are confusing...).
So I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for :-).

G'day mate,
I agree, one may not be able to use it as a domain - But no doubt one could use it for sub-domains.
After all, what's another folder between friends? :mrorange:

Still I suppose they don't want other people using their services to promote themselves.
