Hey everyone

I just signed up today. I am doing a WebDesign course at College. I thought what better way to do my studies than to create a webpage on my favourite (one of my favourite), actor's Joaquin Phoenix and make a Forum as I don't see many around.

Are there any tips on creating these online communities such as what we are allowed to print of these famous types you know what's the boundaries are? :oops:

I'm a newbie here so any help most appreciated.

The main rule would be NOT to take other author's (C) work and publish it on your forum without their permission. There is such a thing as "Fair Use Policy" where you can use snippits of information without permission to start a thread etc and point to the full story.

So that's the sort of things you need to consider.

On the actual forums them self they are no limits, as long as they comply with the rules of your host. and as Lopalong above me said is also good advise and its good advise anywhere, do not use copy writen content anywhere without their consent.
