Maybe one of the 2 SQL queries of difference between loading the page and reloading it after submit are the reason of that slow =X

You guys are killing me with these speed discussions. LOLOL

So how's the weather?

Subject: Re: Icy Forum Got Slow
Fine, thanks, as always in Morroco ^^ Rain is prohibited here :P That's sad because before I came here I was living in the East of France which is known for his weather like London ** ( and I liked it =P ). Now I'm suffocating with these 40 - 50°C >< And you ? =P

Subject: Re: Icy Forum Got Slow
don´t tell me about weather.

Cause here in Valencia we´re hitting the 40º Celsius border aswell.

See you later. Im back in the pool

Edit:

I´m just a bit disconcernt about this . After reading MG´s post " How to speed Icy up", I thought that i made something wrong in my site , cause i get always 2,3 - 3,4 sec´s more or less.

But it seems i did it right

Subject: Re: Icy Forum Got Slow
When my site is running as it should I have a page gen time of around 0.2 seconds. That's why I stayed with my host so long, it's fast, but I've been moved from server to server so much, I'm probably going to change hosts, because each time they move me, a file gets skewed somewhere.

:mricy:

Subject: Re: Icy Forum Got Slow
That might be the problem you and christmanrd have. even if the hoster says no

Subject: Re: Icy Forum Got Slow
This server is having serious problems.

I have bought a new one and we will move in ten days maximum I hope.

How about putting that in the biggest letters and banner you can fit above the header? So that other people realise that there are servers  and there are SERVERS! :censored:

@Spydie: Valladolid (where I am): Maximun for all the last 3 months (as far as I can remember): ~= 30 degrees celsius
and from where my family is, they reach 35-45 degrees celsius while the meter is on the shadows almost every day ;)
