If you are using Icy Phoenix (it's no so clear by your message), you can use the Emergency Console at "ip_root/adm/erc.php" to empty your sessions table, or you can empty your sessions table by phpMyAdmin, you can choice!

Ok, you can use the phpMyAdmin that your hoster makes available to you.
You have to login with your DB credentials, that maybe the same of your hosting management panel, then choose the DB and, last, select and empty the session's table.

that error is from either using an old phpbb or you are upgrading your phpbb and the code edits have not been done correctly...
I think it is from version 2.0.18 or something close to that that the session keys were added...
though I might have read the post wrong so if please ignore unless all else fails...

Obviously you are just a user who is having problems logging into someone's forum and not in any way associated with the forum software itself.
If the forum you are trying to log into is actually still active - Then you should email the webmaster or Admin of the forum with your problem. As this is not a General Support site for fixing problems not associated with Icy Phoenix. ;)
