anybody can tell me where i can check which version i use i mean what patch i instaled ?

If you've forgotten what upgrades you applied (Because as you are aware the upgrades don't change in the version). Then download patch a and b, and compare some of the files with WinMerge. That should indicate to you what version you got up to, before you forgot.

I decided to not increase release version for patches... but I may reconsider this in the future.

Maybe with next patch that will be released August month end or September.
