Read this, and note the instructions at the bottom from here: "The alternative for the Database changes is to dump it"

Edit: From your "Other" post.

I changed my web name, and i cant even login xDDDDD

What can i do??...

You are going to have to dump the database if you have access to cPanel etc, with your "Shared" host, and edit it manually to make the necessary changes.

Assuming of course that your host did not remove the database when changing the Domain Name.

Please stop "Quoting" everything - particularly when it's the preceding post, and use the "Reply" button instead.

You will need to dump the database and preferably make a copy of it to actually do the editing to.

Let us know when you have the dump.

Lopalong sad that you dump your database , as i see your database must be small maybe few megabytes so you can "dump" it easy with 128kbs.

So open your phpmyAdmin in control panel of your server :

note : "testing" is my database name , your is diferent

Thanks Limun.

@leandro322,

Ok young "fellow",

Do as Limun said, if you are beginning to understand what needs to be done. If you think that this is going to be too difficult, then maybe ask your host to put the Domain Name back for now - And then do things in a more orderly way.

I think had you had better take your problems to your host, and ask them to make good what they changed, and also if they can re-connect to the database for you.

We don't really know what they have done, or what you have done, and it's too difficult until your host sorts out your DNS and reconnects you to the database.

Edit:

Else, you may be better off creating a new database and reinstalling Icy Phoenix.

To re-install Icy Phoenix all you need to do is have the Install Folder with all the files etc in the root of your forum. If you deleted it when you installed Icy Phoenix you will have to re-upload that folder. And then install it exactly the way you did the first time.

You can use the same database by changing the prefix ip_ to something else, or create a new database. ?

You could also save your existing forum by ensuring that you have a FULL Dump of the database (And a "Copy" of it) and edit the line below with your new forum URL, and replace the existing database with the edited one.

('server_name', 'leandro322.byethost4.com'),

This line will possibly not need editing.

('script_path', '/'),

Now the Bottom Line: Icy Phoenix is not the place to be asking how to do this or that etc, Such as how to use phpMyAdmin, creating databases or anything else that you need to learn yourself by using examples from other or specific support sites. Or by reading about, and practicing how to do it.

And as this thread is More of a "How Do I ?" thread - I'm going to move it to Off-Topic. No doubt people will want to help in some way - But you will have to learn how to do a lot of it by yourself.

Moved to Off-Topic.

Two things:

1. You don't post FULL dumps - you add them as a zip file.

2. The huge "Log" as you call it was truncated by the character-limit set by the Board - Making it useless.

Judging by your new questions, I really don't think that, with what appears to be your experience,  Icy Phoenix is the Forum Software you should be playing with.

Why don't you try something simpler, like MyBB etc.

Unzip it - and edit the details as in the post above, and then use it to overwrite the existing database.

You will find them in these two tables.

ip_config

ip_ctracker_backup
