Error Al Actualizar

Subject: Error Al Actualizar
and updated to the latest version and it gives me this error the file that asks me does not exist .. I need help

Does the file "blocks/news_title.php" still exist in your IP root directory?

the update is from 1.3.0.53b to
Icy Phoenix 2.2 i the news_title.php file is not in the root ip
