i'm still here with this other question:users ask me to have a mail or PM when they give a comment and the others reply...

At the moment, as far as i know, the nearest we have is that the user that posted a picture gets an email if a comment is made on his picture

Check that you created the comment_notify.tpl file and placed it in the proper location of
language/YOUR LANGUAGE/email
