I am trying to get 4 random pics in my photos section of my portal and all 4 are showing up the same... (http://www.midwestmusicians.com/phpBB2/portal.php) is there something that needs to be changed in the code to make it work? or is it a config somewhere that I missed?

I think the FAP portal block is to show only 1 random pic and 1 last pic.
You'll probably need to use the the FAP pictures block for multiple pics
