Currently my user's are unable to edit/delete pics in there personal gallery. What steps are needed to allow them authorization? It gives them the edit/delete links but when they follow them it takes them to a "Not Authorized" page.

Even I am facing the same problem, I have authorised them in ACP configuration where it says :
"Personal gallery can be moderated by owner : Yes"
"Personal gallery can be moderated by owner : Yes"

This is a known issue which has been already solved in this forum.
