You should give more info. .... my pics are on the left, doesn't help much.

What pics? Thumbnails, Mid-thumb, Full ?
What page?

Wow, that is weird.....
Code looks OK, from what I can see.

I notice that your thumbnails do not have the picframe and picshadow around them ... this is related the the file FAP.css ... but should not cause the alignment problem.

Replace all row1 and row2 with row1 row-center and row2 row-center in your album templates only for pics cells.

Then let me know.
