Post FAP SUPPORT - AVATAR Problems

After I uploaded an image to my personal gallery, I selected SET AS AVATAR...but no luck. The image is within the limits of my avatar controls in the ACP. No error is generated...just no avatar generated...
Do all pics that a member wants to use as an avatar need to be uploaded within the avatar limits (kb and pix size)?

***EDIT*** I found some answers here in the forum avatars But in that thread it talks about FAP putting the resized pics in the AVATARS folder...How does a user then access that? I have galleries created for avatars in my phpbb...can I make a setting to have FAP direct the avatars to go to my PERSONAL AVATARS gallery.........

Post Re: AVATAR Problems

I have looked (again) through all the settings for FAP...I still can't find where FAP sends the picture when I select SET AS AVATAR.

Where does FAP send them?

How can I get this to work???

Artie? MG?.....Anyone around?!
