Me too, I have the same problem excatly, hope we get the solution, Good Luck

This can be related to GD Libraries. Check your GD support in ACP->Photo Album->GD info.
Also, which template do you using?

my web is in lenguage spanish and this appeares in gd info (check Attachment)

my template is mg_theme

gara, your server currently don't support GD Libraries, which are needed for full FAP features.
You should contact your host and ask them to enable GD Libraries on your server. Shouldn't be a problem for them.
