Post FAP SUPPORT - Hide "Posters" Name??

Is there a way to hide the poster's name of a pic from everyone, except the admins?

I have a photo album that is open for the public to view, and I rather they don't see the member name that posted the pic.

The general forum membership doesn't need to see it either, but it would be nice if myself (the admin) can see who's posting what.

Thanks everyone!

Phil

You could remove it from the tpl files, but this would prevent ALL from viewing

It is not so simple for what you want as there are many pages/places you would need to modify code.

I will show you how to do this on the album category page.... you are own your own from there.

OPEN album_mod/album_hierarchy_sql.php

FIND
Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]
'POSTER' => $pic_poster,

REPLACE WITH
Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]
//'POSTER' => $pic_poster,
'POSTER' => ($userdata['user_level'] == ADMIN) ? $pic_poster : '',
