subforums topic/post count view

hi,i want to show up my topic/post count besides my ''easy subforums'',like (3/5);it means 3 topics ,5 posts at the subforum.

i have posted the ''easy subforum insall.txt ,please look at first.

topic/posts counts should be shown at my index php besides subforums title like the real forums topic and post counts

i tried to explain much more with that image file;

if you look at carefully , you will see the numbers about the Topic/post count number for my ''easy subforum''

X is subforums topic count

Y is subforums post count

Easy subforum install.txt (this mod has been installed at my forum,this is like ''category hierarchy'' and ''Simple Subforums'' )

sorry for late repyl.might ,the code writers site closed.and also if you could find ant time for spend on it i will be so happy.Yes it could be hard but not to be impossible :).
