FAP SUPPORT - Thumbnails But No Images After Upgrade To Phpbb 2.0.23

Subject: FAP SUPPORT - Thumbnails But No Images After Upgrade To Phpbb 2.0.23
Hi,
I've just completed an upgrade from phpbb 2.0.21 to 2.0.23 and all seemed to go well, but I am having some problems with the gallery.

When you browse the categories or upload an image, the small thumbnails display fine but when you click to see the image the alt tag is displayed rather than the image.

The output for the image on the page is as follows:

Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]
<img src="album_pic.php?pic_id=5968&amp;full=true" alt="Aaa Test 2" title="Aaa Test 2" border="0" vspace="10">

I'm guessing this is correct?

File and folder permissions still look fine, hotlinking is enabled and the image can be viewed directly by typing in the URL. If I enable medium thumbnails they also fail to display, but all 'category', 'private album' and 'all pictures' small thumbnails are created and display fine.

All the image data is displaying fine below the image holder too.

What exactly is album_pic.php doing that album.php and album_cat.php aren't?

I was just wondering if anyone else has had any issues with 2.0.23 and FAP 1.4.1?

Thanks in advance!
BP

PS I just tried accessing the image by calling it directly from album_pic.php like this:

Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]
h**p://***.myurl.com/phpBB2/album_pic.php?pic_id=5971&full=true

No image is displayed, but the source code is the same file size as the image and starts like this:

Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]
ÿØÿàJFIFddÿìDucky<ÿî&AdobedÀ

vª,üCQÿÛ„

ÿÂÊ,ÿÄÑ!1"2AB# 3$!1A"Qaq

As this is a Photoshop file header does this mean the image isn't being sent to the browser correctly? I'm a little stumped as to how to proceed as there where dozens of code changes to get the site to 2.0.23, all done successfully (LOL) using easymod, and I can't see why these changes should affect album_pic.php :|

Does it use some phpBB functions or is trying to call it like this a red-herring?

Cheers
BP
