When members upload a picture in the public gallery he can vote is own picture.

How can i fix that.

What you are experiencing is administrators are allowed to rate their own pictures.  Users are not able to rate their own pictures.

Not able to rate, even if it is my own picture because I'm not allowed to as a user in the IP Album:
 

On my website, I am able to rate my own pictures because I am an admin:

 

Regular users will not be able to rate their own pictures, but admins can rate their own.  Cheap, isn't it?

yes i'm sure i did login with a regular user name no (admin).
I can vote the one i just just uploaded. I can vote my own uploaded picture in my Personal Gallery and Public Galleries.

So what the problem come from?

Please help.
