SOLVED FAP SUPPORT - Problem: Creating Public Gallery Categories

Post FAP SUPPORT - Problem: Creating Public Gallery Categories 
 
I've installed FAP 1.4.0 and everybody can make personal galleries and upload there pictures. But I want public galleries for the user's.
The problem is that I can't make public categories. Are they made in the admin panel? I think that there's the problem.
My admin panel "categories" looks like:


Can someone help me?
I can say that I've installed the template AcidTechEx.

You have the wrong album files in your template's admin folder.
Delete all your album tpl files from your template's admin folder and copy over the correct ones..
