Hi all,

Some days ago I was activating activity mod when I noticed some tables starting with helpdesk, and routes for that commented in the files I had to modify.

So, my questions are, what is it and how could it being activated.

It is an old mod which has been removed because it was bad coded...

Anyway here are the files... but you need to enable some constants.

You can try to look for an old phpBB XS version which contains this mod and see how it works. :wink:

That mod is from Austin, you should be able to find the original version in his website... there should be an alternative version (called Support MOD if I'm not wrong) @ cback site.
