Since the customization is placed in "Old Customizations" forum, this means the mod shouldn't work fine on latest Icy Phoenix versions.

In order to install the mod, you need to know that language/lang_XXX/bbcb_mg.js has been moved to templates/common/js/bbcb_mg.js and templates/mg_themes/bbcb_mg.tpl has been moved to templates/default/bbcb_mg.tpl.

Have you modified the files that way?
