Bbcode_Staff_Only_Tooltip was originally put together by me in its current format, and I am disappointed that it was never released here. This one however has been further modified to limit the tooltip use to Moderators and Admins only.

Limit post edit time is already included, and the only one who interest me is ACP_Announcement_Centre-IPv1-3, but it's not a big mod ...
(Advanced mouse over preview takes too much SQL for ... gain >10sec in reality ...)

But I think some user will continue to use these mods ...

I originally started on this mod Bbcode_Staff_Only_Tooltip  with the help of Lopalong but have had no time to release it...

though I have changed it from the version Lopalong has released..

Mods and themes for Icy Phoenix 1.3

IcyPhoenix UK is off-line permanently due to lack of time to update mods.
if anyone is interested in my templates I will upgrade them to Icy 2.0.

It's a shame that you have lost the enthusiasm in working with these MODS, and probably with the whole project.

Anyway I respect your decision and I really appreciate that you are sharing your MODS here with us letting anyone to take them up and continue the Job.

This is a TRUE open source spirit.
