How To Change Welcome Block Message

If you want to change the default welcome message "Welcome to Icy Phoenix"

Edit in this file

language/lang_english/lang_main_settings.php

This part

$lang['Welcome_Message'] = 'Welcome to <span class="topic_glo">Icy Phoenix</span><br />';

Maybe cache need to be empy after this change

ACP--->Styles & Templates--->Manage Cache--->clear all

do you mean icy_phoenix_small.png and icy_phoenix_small_l.png on welcome block ?

$if yes , than open templatesmg_themesblockswelcome_block.tpl

when you open welcome_block.tpl you will see this :
