i m changing the text size for the forum description the problem is what ever i do it is not working with me i m using
subsilver2 and here is the picture of what i m trying to change

   padding-bottom: 4px;
   font-size: 1.3em;
}

first of all this is not site for phpbb3 supporting only for styles made for phpbb3 from MG like milky way

anyway , i trayed to change it and it worked for me
