To change, go to phpbb.com and download the Clean Tables MOD: http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=293867

Then delete all files except config.php and upload phpbb 2.0.23

Then if phpbb 2.0.23 is working, install Icy Phoenix using the "update from phpbb" instructions (see the release post for the version of Icy Phoenix you are using).

You can try to upgrade directly as if phpbbplus was a phpbb 2.0.22 and you won't lose so much data. (the one that are used by plus and icy)
