when I upload IP to my site after completeing the tables i get a string of errors which read:
...PHP NOTICE...dtatbase includes...[function.fopen]..failed to poen stream permission denied.
I think I am missing some files but I uploaded them all from here as should be, any help much appreciated

try on another free host then.

and upload all the files only in BINARY mode of your ftp-client

try deleting the .htaccess file from root folder
