Icy Phoenix

hi all,


i'm starting with icy phoenix and i want to thank all the people who make this possible.

i have one problem.

i look into the menu of icyphoenix.com and i can see the sections language and styles in the left menu but i have explored the control panel and i didn't see how activate those two options.

i guess it's very simply but i can't wonder how to do it.

i get the styles menu with the control panel but i can't get the language (i have two languages installed)

The Language Dropdown is enabled only for guests... try to log out and check.

i have to setup a forum soon and i went to do it with icy phoenix but i want to wait to wait to the final release and my question is, it is worth to wait to the final release or there is no problem installing a version that can be upgraded later?

If you are a bit confident with PHP I guess that the upgrade shouldn't be so tough... but it depends on you... :wink:

i don't feel confident with php. today i buy a book about php but i don't dare to setup the forum until i learned something about this language (i have the advantage that i know SQL, I supose is useful). I'd like to colaborate with this project when i have learned the necessary.


sorry if I bother you but...when the final version of icy will be released?

I see neither Language nor Style Selection ... what am I doing wrong

Nevermind... I found the switch in ACP>Configuration>Icy Phoenix :oops:
