Hi to all.
I just installed IP stepping all installation instructions inside old phpBB remote server folder. Everything seems to be ok, DB seems to be aligned, in fact all users and messages appare in new forum.
Procedure raises some errors such:
Warning: fopen(./cache/sql_posts_68039b82406b6eeff52497308d31aa57.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:InetpubwebsMySite.combbforumincludesdbmysql.php on line 704
I tried to change CHMODS following instruction list, but modifies aren't permanent, and if I check folders and file they return to old value.
Some suggestion?

Upgrade to phpbb 2.0.22 first then to IP
