I want to use the new Icy, but i am wondering if there is a mod for the next options on icy:
* user cannot edit post after mod edited the post and the moderators name who editted wil be under the post like: edited by mod: xxxxx
* Modbreak: a text of a moderator highlighted just like in the image and an user cannot edit his post after a mod did that. (this function is in phpbb3 i believe also)
Are these options available in the new Icy?

Not yet... but if it is on phpBB3 I will try to backport it... when I'll start again to work on the package.
