Upgrading From Standard PhpBB 2.0.x?

GD is used for pictures thumbnails.
Register globals is used in order to avoid some hacks.
Anyway, you will be able to run a icy phoenix board without having that requirements.

But i have installed GD Libraries version 2.0.15 , and i would like to know if it'll work fine with this version.

I have a doubt.
Once i have upgrade to Icy Phoenix, i have to restart my phpbb DB. Then, can i restart it if i have used DROP TABLES option in my backup?. I ask this because i don't know if the upgrading modifies some tables or not.
I hope you understand me, i have to improve my English. :-)
Bye.
