TOP DOWNLOAD and NEW DOWNLOAD
and I would like to do it in my website too

and I have another question I want the users from my website can attach or upload Files and I saw a option which says APPROVE and DECLINE and I would like to know about it, sometimes i dont want to touch many staff because the last time i did it, i had to install everything again :S

what you want to know
you as admin can aprove or decline attachments to users (i think so)

I mean that! how can I do that??

and about the question of attached files, I think I know how to do something about it
