And if you only want to change the string:

Open Your Language:

lang_main_settings.php

Find and Edit:

Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]
$lang['Welcome_Message'] = 'Welcome to <span class="topic_glo">Icy Phoenix</span><br />';

BTW, lang_main_settings.php contains all the meta-data etc that you may want to edit too. ;)

No offence, but around here it's one question per thread so we don't end up with solutions to problems buried all over the place.

Also please read the Docs, How to's and search, before asking new questions. ;)

Subject: Re: How To Remove This?
u added him only in group , but you didnt made him moderator

see this

mod1

and

mod2

And please made subject more understandable like
How to remove "welcome to bla bla" "how to add moderators" and so ....
also please try to made one question per topic !!!

Thanks Lopalong and Limun for helping out. It looks like the problem was solved and another topic was opened about his moderator problem. Marking this topic as solved.

I'm editing the topic title to reflect the issue a little better.

Adding to Limun's solution, you can also try:

ACP -> Configuration -> Unread Posts -> UPI2DB Mod active? -> No
