Can I fix this with phpBBXS files? or only with my hosting?
Warning: mysql_connect(): User forov360_foro has already more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home/forov360/public_html/db/mysql4.php on line 53
Warning: mysql_error(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/forov360/public_html/db/mysql4.php on line 626
Warning: mysql_errno(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/forov360/public
Thanks!

Hosting.
I have this problem too, sometimes.
If you are under your own domain, try asking your hosting to set that limit a little higher for that parameter of the database. I tried and know all works much better ;)
The only other solution I can think about is to find another hosting...

I solved it, the problem was the cache. Just clean it and problem solved ;) .
