Where on earth on this site can I find install instructions?

and still cant find basic install notes
I want to know where I can find basic install files and also I have a phpbb3 forum and over 300 members. Is there any way of transferringg members and posts.

I am not allowed to reply to my previous post about installing Icy Phoenix. I have found how to in sourge force. My new question is. I have a phpbb3 forum and do I do a fresh install or how can I convert, PHPBB3 to Icy Phoenix .

Cheers found info on source forge. Now just looking on where to upload it as I have phpbb3 forum and wish to convert it to icy phoenix. Not sure if upload to phpbb3 or new place and somehow transfer files, member, messages etc

It does not make much sense to reply to your own post, there is a 24 hour limit to bumping your own posts.
Opening multiple threads to get arround this is a bit pointless too IMHO, unless the topic would be completely different.
This time I will try and merge the threads to avoid chaos but please try and wait for a reply with some patience (or at least 24 hours)
