Icy Phoenix

Hello, all. I'm really hoping that someone can help me with this.

My site is located at http://www.dsjacademy.com/

When someone tries to place an image in their signature (and we've tried sizes ranging from 15x15 pixels to 200x200 pixels just to make sure this wasn't a size issue), all they get is a link in their signature. So I looked up any fixes there might be on the Icy Phoenix forums and I found one - the only problem is that I can not use that fix.

That fix says that I should access "ACP - Configuration - Posting - Enable all BBCodes - YES".

Here's the problem: there is no option labeled "Posting" anywhere in the ACP. I've looked all over for it and I do not find that anywhere. If someone could help me locate it, I would be really appreciative.
