Yes I have resubmit the Links
and my version is phpBB XS Build 058a and Cumulative patches for phpBB XS 2 Build 058 from #001 to #012

It is right because you are using vannila bbcode
standart phpbb doesn't support  center and other codes
you must install something for align center, search in phpbb mods
if I find some time I'll look

on my testforum i have installed Advanced BBCode Box
the center code is also installed on phpBBXS ???

I tested once more links mod on fresh xs and it works nice
maybe you  added or modified something ?
