My index page is showing "You are not authorized to view this page. "

I have checked all the permissions and selected them as "ALL--- YES" but still am not able to see the index page.

Also i cant see any portal configuration link in my admin panel.

If you are using Icy Phoenix try to update your 1.0.9.9 with the latest files I've posted in the release post, and then try to go to cms.php to configure your portal.
