Hi.

I have a problem when the users click in the links of the messages that are sending to hotmail or another clients.

For example to the account activation message the link don't work, and appear this:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /viewtopic.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

And i don't know what i have to do, for fix that problem.

If my explication are not very clean, please let me know for explain better.

Are you talking about links included in the notification emails?

Can you try to forward one of those emails to me please?

Yes MG that messages for example the message of account activation.

See when the message is in hotmail i click on the links:

Click on the thumbail:


But when i click on it appear this:



This in all messages, from my forum, from your forum, from all forums of Icy Phoenix.

I think that maybe is a problem of hotmail, but i don't know, i ask to you for explain me better.

Can you try to open the email with another email client to test?

MG maybe is hotmail, or my hotmail, cause with gmail work well.
