I can't open Administrator Panel on ACP on the left side of the page,  

What can I do?

Did it happen after an upgrade?

  the problem came out after upgrading Icy Phoenix ....
I Tried refreshing several times but it doesn't work

I'd say re-upload the tpl files and try again

In the left in the dyn menu the link doesn't work because there isn't the sid session.
But the link in standard Main links works for me!
